I hope to create stories that encourage connection with nature and gently teach children about the natural world around them. ‘I Will Grow Strawberries’ is the first in a series of eight magical adventures through which children learn about the cycle of the year and how it affects us and the animals and plants around us.

Each story is linked to one of eight seasonal festivals. Celebrated by different peoples at different times these festivals have been pulled together into the ‘Wheel of the year’ celebrated by Pagans, Wiccans, Druids and many other people who want to connect with and celebrate the natural cycle of the year.

Order I will Grow Strawberries for  £7.00 (£7.45 if paying by paypal) plus £1.45 p&p

More to come soon

My name is Lesley Anderson, I live in Fife, Scotland, with my partner and my 3 yr old son. I recently completed my Diploma in Applied Permaculture Design and am working towards training as a Diploma tutor. I created this blog as a way to document my continued learning, for myself and to share with others.

An important aspect of my journey towards becoming a tutor will be growing confidence in myself and my voice and a willingness to share my work and my thoughts with others. Starting a blog is a step in this process.

As well as Permaculture adventures I expect this blog will wander into parenting and other aspects of my life.

For now this is just a place to put my Permaculture diploma portfolio. See the ‘Diploma Portfolio’ page.
